Ten-ounce Hermann Oak, double-stitched at the seam. Designed for a single-action revolver and a long day on horseback. The drop is set low — draw is clean from the saddle, not the sidewalk.

The cant

Twelve-degree forward cant. I worked that number out with a rancher in Colorado who carries one of these every working day of his life. He told me it was right. I believed him.

Finish

Hand-rubbed neatsfoot. Darkens with sun and sweat. Expect a patina inside a season.
