Terms of Service

Karved is operated by Invenway LLC. Karved provides marketplace, storefront, custom request, messaging, checkout, and payment tools that connect buyers with independent crafters.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Karved may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, marketplace policies, or applicable law.

Crafters are independent sellers, not employees or agents of Karved. Karved may facilitate listings, custom requests, checkout, payment routing, communication, and dispute handling, but each crafter remains responsible for their products, claims, quality, shipping, and customer commitments.

Buyers and crafters may not use Karved to move a transaction, quote, repeat order, custom request, or payment off Karved. Users may not request, provide, hint at, or attempt to obtain off-platform contact information through listings, profiles, messages, images, custom request details, quote notes, or any other Karved surface.

Off-platform contact information includes email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, websites intended to complete a sale elsewhere, QR codes, payment handles, social handles, marketplace storefronts, communication app usernames, and phrases such as email me, text me, call me, message me on, or find me at.

Custom requests, design discussions, quotes, status updates, payments, and follow-up messages must stay inside Karved. Karved may use automated tools and manual review to scan, filter, block, store, and review message content, attachments, and metadata for safety, support, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and fee protection. Karved messages are not end-to-end encrypted and should not be treated as private from Karved moderation.

Payments are processed through Karved checkout and its payment providers. The current Karved platform commission is 10% of each sale unless a different rate is shown in the crafter dashboard or separately agreed in writing. Payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, and adjustments may affect the final payout.

Crafters must keep listings accurate, including price, materials, dimensions, origin, production method, availability, timing, and shipping expectations. Claims about American-made work, handmade production, leather type, provenance, and customization must be truthful and supportable.

Karved may reject content, block messages, remove listings, withhold marketplace access, cancel transactions, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users. For non-severe crafter attempts to move buyers off Karved, Karved may issue one warning. A second violation may result in suspension or a permanent ban. Severe abuse, fraud, threats, harassment, illegal content, or deliberate fee circumvention may result in immediate suspension or termination.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Karved a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, distribute, and use that content to operate, market, improve, and protect the marketplace.

Karved is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Karved is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Karved may update these Terms as the marketplace grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to admin@karved.co.
