Privacy Policy

We collect account information, profile information, crafter applications, shop and product content, custom request details, messages, attachments, order information, payment metadata, support requests, device data, usage data, and security logs. Payment card details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe, not stored by Karved as full card numbers.

Karved may scan, filter, block, and manually review message content, attachments, and metadata. We do this to prevent spam, scams, harassment, off-platform contact, off-platform payment, fee circumvention, illegal activity, support issues, and policy violations. Rejected message text may not be stored or sent by email.

We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, operate shops, process custom requests, route payments, send notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce policies, improve Karved, debug errors, analyze marketplace health, and comply with law.

We use vendors to host the site, store data, process payments, send email, provide analytics, monitor reliability, and protect the marketplace. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Karved, comply with law, or protect their systems.

We do not expose buyer or crafter email addresses, phone numbers, or direct contact details in Karved custom request threads. We may share information with payment providers, infrastructure vendors, email vendors, analytics providers, professional advisors, law enforcement when legally required or allowed, and parties involved in a business transfer.

We keep information as long as needed to operate Karved, complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain accounting records, improve safety, and comply with law. Message and legal acceptance records may be retained to document marketplace activity and policy enforcement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the size and stage of Karved. No online service is perfectly secure, so users should keep passwords private and avoid sending sensitive information through messages.

You can update account information through Karved where the product allows it. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting admin@karved.co. Some records may be kept where needed for transactions, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Karved is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
